Maple Ridge Assisted Living

      K&S partnered with Barriger Construction Group on the project of Maple Ridge Manor in Lowell Michigan. As a new construction project, K&S provided the plumbing installation from the ground up. The project started in August of 2019, continued on through the COVID-19 pandemic and was completed by the deadline. The objective of this project consisted of completing all necessary plumbing installation in multiple suites, compliant with the needs of future residents and staff. This included roll in showers, multiple restrooms, clinical sinks and wash tubs, a commercial kitchen, shampoo bowls in the salon, multiple laundry hook ups, and multiple water heater installations. This project ran smoothly, from the underground stage to the setting of final fixtures.
